The EFORT Foundation Clinical Research Fellowship is a new extensive educational concept, developed by Medacta in collaboration with the EFORT Foundation. One carefully selected “clinical research fellow” every year will be guided through a pre-defined research process from the development of a hypothesis to data collection, manuscript writing, and possible presentation at national and international orthopaedic conferences.
The 2019 EFORT Clinical Research Fellowship topic will be “A personalised precision approach to surgery of the osteoarthritic knee”, held in Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester (UK) under the supervision of Prof. Leela BIANT, from September 2019 to September 2020. The call for application is NOW OPEN and will finish at the end of January 2019.
The Evaluation Committee will select the Fellow no later than February 2019.
